January 2017

We are starting off the New Year with an introduction to Tai Chi by James Drewe.  James initially took up Kung Fu in 1975 for self-defence.  At the same time, he joined a Tai Chi class running after the martial arts class and enjoyed it so much that he began teaching it in 1990.  He now teaches about 28 classes a week.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes so that you can move gently with ease.
