January 2011 - Lose weight by changing your attitude to food
Chantal Bachelier runs workshops on weight loss - but rather than putting her clients on a diet, she concentrates on changing our attitude to food. This January she will show us how we can lose weight without dieting, and will also tackle the issue of self esteem and how we view our bodies. Perhaps this could be the road to success after the excess of the holidays!
